Part of our responsibility includes ensuring that all aspects of the space product—design, manufacturing, assembly, testing, and delivery—meet mission requirements and quality standards.

We specialize in Product Assurance, Development, and Manufacturability — ensuring high-quality, reliable, and production-ready solutions from concept to launch.
As an Engineer and QM consultant specialist, our focus is on integrating quality and manufacturability early in the product lifecycle, enabling seamless transitions from design to production while meeting rigorous performance, compliance, and cost targets.
Key Responsibilities for this project include;
Quality Assurance Planning
- Develop and implement Product Assurance (PA) plans aligned with project phases (design, manufacturing, testing, launch).
- Tailor PA requirements to project and customer specifications.
- Participate in contract reviews to ensure PA requirements are included.
Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and quality risks.
- Perform FMEA, FMECA, and fault tree analysis.
- Support reliability, availability, and maintainability (RAM) analysis.
Supplier Quality Management
- Qualify and audit suppliers/subcontractors.
- Ensure EEE parts, materials, and processes meet standards.
- Perform incoming inspections and non-conformance management.
Non-Conformance Management
- Lead Material Review Boards (MRBs).
- Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Waivers/Deviations.
- Track resolution and implementation of corrective actions (CAPAs).
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain PA documentation: inspection reports, quality records, and verification matrices.
- Support Configuration Management and Baseline Control.
- Generate inputs for PA reviews: MRR, MIP, DRL, DRB, TRR, QAR, etc.
Testing & Verification
- Ensure proper implementation of test procedures (AIT phase).
- Witness critical testing (vibration, thermal vacuum, EMC, etc.).
- Verify compliance with environmental and performance requirements.
Launch Campaign & Post-Launch
- Support final inspection before delivery.
- Assure launch preparation (at launch site).
- Analyze failures or anomalies post-launch and implement lessons learned.
